<description>Stress can have an affect on your skin also.
Unfortunately, as anybody will know who has demolished a block of chocolate when their life is falling apart, we can turn to comfort foods in times of stress. Unfortunately, this is not the optimum way to manage stress. However there are a number of types of foods which you can turn to, to combat stress. Leafy green vegetables can replace the calcium lost as a result of stress, and whole grains can boost your serotonin which can give you feelings of happiness. I write more about this at http://www.stress-management-for-peak-performance.com/balanced-diet.html
All the best

<description>That is a great point as well. I am a big fan of using individual liners for paraffin as well rather than the paraffin machines seen in many salons. The experience and benefits end up being the same over all and you don&#039;t have to worry about where people&#039;s hands and feet have been before they stuck them in the wax.</description>

<description>Hello. If you choose a salon or a tech who uses single use disposable liners you won&#039;t have to worry.

<description>Thanks for the feedback Angela. We use Le Bleu actually which has always gotten great compliments at Inspire and at my previous spa.

Drinking enough water is definitely easier if you like the way it tastes. My husband, David, (one of Inspire&#039;s managers also) makes fun of me for my delicate water palate. Where we live, we have well water which is very high in mineral content and I just don&#039;t like the way it tastes. So I drink bottled spring water exclusively at home even though ours is supposedly filtered.

As someone who is trying very hard to be &quot;green&quot; and to reduce my impact on the environment, I do feel a little conflict over this. However, the care of my &lt;em&gt;inner environment &lt;/em&gt;is just as important, at least in my opinion, so I will be sticking with the spring water (and LeBleu) until I am shown a better alternative.

Hope you enjoyed the rest of your visit at Inspire. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
